Permite que a empresa exportadora receba o valor negociado com o Importador, mediante ao cumprimento de todas as exig\u00eancias documentais, garantindo assim que o exportador e o importador cumpram integralmente suas responsabilidades e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es, contando com o risco de uma Institui\u00e7\u00e3o Financeira no exterior que garante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o ao emitir este documento.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Carta de Cr\u00e9dito \u2013 Importa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Trata-se de uma garantia internacional emitida pelo Banco FIBRA que visa assegurar o risco de cr\u00e9dito do importador, nas situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que o Exportador da mercadoria n\u00e3o confia no pagamento por este. Assim, a Carta de Cr\u00e9dito de importa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 emitida para um favorecido no exterior que \u00e9 o exportador da mercadoria, tendo o importador como afian\u00e7ado garantindo ao exportador que o pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o Emissora da LC. \u00c9 importante ressaltar que esta garantia passa a ter validade de pagamento somente ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise de documentos mercantis descritos na Carta de Cr\u00e9dito, acordado entre o Exportador e o Importador. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Standby Letter of Credit<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Tamb\u00e9m conhecida como SBLC ou SLOC, \u00e9 uma garantia internacional que serve para cobrir eventos estipulados em um contrato lastro, exatamente como uma fian\u00e7a banc\u00e1ria emitida no Brasil. Contudo, por se tratar de um documento aceito internacionalmente, possui regras e normas publicadas pela C\u00e2mara de Comercio Internacional (ICC) que visa dar transpar\u00eancia e seguran\u00e7a a este instrumento. Suas modalidades s\u00e3o estabelecidas de acordo com o tipo de obriga\u00e7\u00e3o a ser coberta pela garantia: participa\u00e7\u00e3o em leil\u00e3o no exterior (Bid bond), garantia de performance (Performance Bond), garantia de pagamento antecipado em um contrato (Advanced Payment Bond) e Cobertura de outra obriga\u00e7\u00e3o financeira no contrato firmado entre as partes (Standby letter of credit).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
