Arno Schwarz has been Chief Executive Officer of Banco Fibra since March 2016 and a member of its Board of Directors since April 2019. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fibra Administradora de Carteira de Valores Mobiliários Ltda. (“Fibra Asset”) and as Director of Fibra Corretora de Seguros Ltda. In addition, he serves on the Boards of Directors of Elizabeth S.A. Indústria Têxtil, Textília S.A., Vicunhas Steel S.A. and Vicunha Aços S.A., Transnordestina Logística S.A., and FTL – Ferrovia Transnordestina Logística S.A. He is also a board member of the Brazilian Association of Banks (ABBC).

He previously worked at institutions such as Bradesco BBI and Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN). He holds a degree in Economics, Political Science and Latin American Studies from Brandeis University in Waltham, U.S., an Executive MBA in Finance from IBMEC SP/Insper, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Columbia Business School in New York, U.S.

Accounting Director of Banco Fibra since May 2025, André is responsible for Risk, Accounting, Capital Adequacy, Internal Controls, and Information Security. 27 of his 28 years of experience in the financial industry have been dedicated to risk management. Cadime has built a solid career in institutions such as Santander, Banco Pine, UBS, among others, as well as working as a partner in an independent asset management firm. Throughout his career, André has held leadership positions in major banks and developed in-depth technical knowledge in areas such as risk modeling, governance, and team management, with experience in both traditional structures and more innovative environments, as well as having entrepreneurial experience in the financial sector. In addition to holding a master’s degree and a doctorate, he holds specialized risk certifications and brings a strategic and collaborative vision to strengthen an area that is essential to the sustainability of the business.

Daniel Olivieri has been the Director of Banco Fibra since March 2025 and is responsible for the Operations and Technology area. With almost 30 years of experience in the financial market, he has built a solid track record at institutions such as Unibanco, Citibank, Santander, Banco BV, and Grafeno Pagamentos, as well as with various fintechs and technology companies catering to the banking sector. He has worked across various areas throughout his career – including operations, product development, IT, customer service, and middle office functions – accumulating extensive knowledge in both traditional and digital environments within the retail and personal banking segments.

Before joining Banco Fibre, Olivieri served as Co-CEO of Grafeno, a capital market infrastructure company, where he led initiatives focused on innovation and digital transformation of the new credit market. Daniel holds a degree in Marketing and two MBAs – one in Entrepreneurial Management and another in Business Administration and Management – from the University of California.

Eduardo Antonelli Carvalho de Souza | Commercial Director
Eduardo has been the Commercial Director at Banco Fibra since July 2024 – in process of approval by the Central Bank. With over 20 years of experience in the financial market, he has developed expertise in proprietary M&A, Corporate Venture Capital, credit operations, local currency, trade finance, investments, derivatives, capital markets and investment banking.

Before joining Banco Fibra, Eduardo held key positions at notable banks such as Votorantim, BicBanco and Pine. He holds a degree in Law and is a specialist in Contracts from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). Additionally, he has specialized in Strategic and Economic Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
